How can I quickly remove the Sanmaxi keylogger working in the hidden mode if I missed my Loginkey.exe file for switching off the hidden mode or the password?

I have successfully sent a test message but it has not been delivered. Why?

If you use a SPAM filter check its settings or try to send the message to your other e-mail address. Or check spam mails.

I forgot my Sanmaxi keylogger password, what can I do?

How can I print log files?

Open the log file from Menu Bar File->Open or “open project” button and press Ctrl+P to print it.
 

I have received log files via e-mail, how can I open them now?

Dounload log file from your mail and save it in your local system. Open log file through open project button or In Menu Bar click File-> Open.
 

 I have received log files via FTP server, how can I open them now?

Fill all entry on ftp setting window and click on ‘Dounload’ button to dounload it in destination folder. Now open log file through open project button or In Menu Bar click File-> Open.

  How I can track email activity of user on my personal computer (PC)?

You can monitor email activity by two ways…

1. Screen Shots Analysis: You can monitor e mail activity by display screenshot and play screen shot's button on tool bar of Sanmaxi Keylogger software. At play time suppose you see chat box or email editor in played screen shot. Mouse single Click on that particular displayed screen to view large screen (Image). In this large image you can see typed chat text or mail text.

2. View Text Report: Press “View Text Log” button or in Menu bar press view-> text log. Here you can see create session, user name, application title, application path and below application tile typed text which user have typed on this session. You can easily find in which application user have typed this written text. This text
includes password user name, deleted text information, emailed text and text chat Conversation. So you can easily track email activity from here.

  My install drive is kept on filling. How can I decrease a chance of filling drive?

a) You can take a backup of log time to time to avoid filling program file drive or
Change log path to other drive to a fresh log backup.

b) High resolution screen shot and large size captured screen takes are heavy. They occupy more space on drive. So you can decrease resolution and captured screen's size from screen shot setting button.

I have cleaned up both log but software still shows same number of screenshot and in status bar. why?

After clearing log, you will have to completely exit from the software. Because software begin to write new log after reliving old screenshots log file. Otherwise it continues overwriting on the same one. So it's a need to completely exit from program.

Does software send screen shots log at my mail?

Due to improve stealth capability of key logger, Sanmaxi Key logger send only text log (Takes less space on your hard drive). Screenshots log is so heavy. Sometimes in 4 to 8 GB in hard Drive. So sending this on network will slow down net speed. The user working on this pc will know the something is happening on his system. So these will the weak point of keylogger. That's why it is sending only text log.
 

My installation folder is not shown on installation?

While using keylogger before you have set "Hide installation folder" setting. If you want to see installation folder please disable application settting-> uncheck "Hide installation folder" option.

How can I uninstall Sanmaxi keylogger?

It is recommended that you should uninstall Sanmaxi Keylogger from uninstall button. Using this button you can fully uninstall software.

Steps to uninstall:

1. Login to Sanmaxi Keylogger’s welcome window.
2. Click “ Uninstall ” button in toolbar to uninstall keylogger.

Note : If you uninstall from control panel -> Add remove program, some may left be files that interrupt further installation process.

Can anyone uninstall the keylogger?

No.
You can't uninstall the Keylogger while it is running.

Can I remotely install your software on a PC that I do not have physical access to?

No.
You must have physical access to the computer you want to install our product.

Yes! set the site URL or part of it in the "Block URLs" input.  like below screen-> Here gmail.com is blocked site
